Philippe Brusick is former Head (1985-2006) of UNCTAD’s Competition and Consumer Policies Branch and in this capacity he has been in charge of the annual Intergovernmental Groups of Experts on Competition Law and Policy until retiring end-2006.He holds an advanced economics degree from Geneva University and is Chairman of the Board of CUTS Geneva Resource Centre.
