CUTS International hosted a webinar on ‘Competition Enforcement for Business Collaborations during COVID-19’, on August 20, 2020 from 1730 to 1930 hours (IST).

Derenberg Professor of Trade Regulation, New York University of Law; William Kovacic, Global Competition Professor of Law and Policy, George Washington University Law School; Shaista Bano, Member, Competition Commission of Pakistan; Teresa Moreira, Head, Competition and Consumer Policy Division, UNCTAD and Taimoon Stewart, Associate Senior Fellow, Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social and Economic Studies were the eminent speakers in the webinar.
The webinar was moderated by Pradeep S. Mehta, Secretary General, CUTS International. Bipul Chatterjee, Executive Director, CUTS International delivered the opening remarks and Udai S. Mehta summarised the webinar and proposed the vote of thanks to all the speakers & participants.
The webinar was based on a discussion paper co-authored by Udai S. Mehta, Deputy Executive Director and Sakhi Shah, Research Associate, CUTS International.
