CUTS International, in association with Australian High Commission, organised a panel discussion on Politics of Competition Reforms in India on Thursday, 12th January 2017 in New Delhi.
The objective of the panel discussion was to focus on importance of competition reforms, and its benefits towards economic growth, and interface between competition reforms and politics.
Prof. Allan Fels, Former Chairman, Australian Competition and Consumer Commission; Prof. Frederic Jenny, Chairman, OECD Competition Committee; Mr. Rajeev Kher, Member, The Competition Appellate Tribunal and Mr. Augustine Peter, Member, Competition Commission of India, were the panellist of the discussion.
