CUTS International and the CUTS Institute for Regulation & Competition (CIRC) are pleased to announce the forthcoming edition of their flagship biennial publication: the India Competition and Regulation Report (ICRR) 2025. Since 2007, the ICRR has provided policy-relevant insights into the state of competition and regulation in India, with each edition focusing on a specific sector and addressing cross-cutting contemporary issues.
The ICRR 2025 will focus on the regulatory and competition issues of Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI is a transformative technology that is rapidly reshaping economies, institutions, and markets. As India accelerates digital adoption and aspires to become a global AI hub, the need for sound regulatory frameworks and competitive markets becomes imperative.
ICRR 2025 will feature chapters on emerging competition and regulation issues in AI.
