CUTS Centre for Competition, Investment & Economic Regulation (CUTS CCIER) has organised the mentioned Seminar on October 10, 2013 in New Delhi.
The Seminar has focused on the broader objective of adoption and implementation of National Competition Policy (NCP), which would require among other things, harmonisation of government policies at both levels (Centre and State) with principles of competition. One of the key issues discussed in the seminar is to overcome the challenges to adopt NCP in India.
