Evolving Responsible Private Healthcare Sector through Multi-stakeholder Engagement

The meetings were organised in order to examine existing challenges facing uptake of responsible business practices in the Private Healthcare sector at the state level and initiate a discussion to address them. Through these meetings Consumer Unity & Trust Society (CUTS) and key actors in each of these states tried to comprehend difficulties faced by the Private Hospitals in becoming more responsible entities. Understanding these limitations facilitated the process of preparing a roadmap for promotion of better business in the sector at the state level.
