The National Reference Group (NRG) III meeting for the Philippines is jointly be organised by CUTS International, Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS) and Action for Economic Reforms (AER).
The aim of the meeting is to select key issues from the findings of the Diagnostic Country Report (DCR) ” the output of Phase I (Diagnostic Phase) in consultation with the NRG members. These issues would then be included in the Advocay Plan for the Philippines. The draft of this plan would be presented by the country partner in the meeting.
The draft Framework for Competition Reforms (FCR) would also be presented in the meeting to get the inputs of the country specific NRG members. This would help in further sharpening the FCR.
