Opening Meeting

New Delhi (India), May 28, 2013

The Opening Meeting in India took place on May, 28, 2013. The meeting was organised jointly with the country partner for India CUTS Institute for Regulation and Competition (CIRC) in New Delhi.

Along with defining the goal, objectives and anticipated outcomes of the CREW project, the aim of the Opening Meeting was to get an idea for the method of state and city selection for India.

A detailed discussion was undertaken with the experts from the respective sectors under the Fact Finding Mission (FFM). A discussion paper titled “Layout of Research in India: A note for discussion” was developed before the meeting. This note was shared with the stakeholders during the meeting
